0:00I sell the most effective non-invasive alternative to Botox. >> Okay. >> Invented by my great-great-grandmother in 1889. We did 44 million in revenue last year. >> The past 5 years, I mean, basically we like 10x. >> So, you went from like 5 to 44? >> 4 to 44, yeah. This has already been beyond my wildest dreams. Really, what I want to do is steward this to the greatest capacity possible. And if that means 200 million or 500 million or I don't really know what is possible.

0:28>> I love this, by the way. >> Before being the CEO, I was essentially just content creation. I have a huge library of stuff that if I had the right person be like, "Here, take this and turn it into things." >> What's profit? >> About 30%. >> Okay, so you're like doing a million a month-ish. Let's chunk all the way up. Can you handle more customers? >> Yes. >> So, you could have a hundred million dollars in sales and deliver on that. >> Yes. >> Okay. You have a lot of content that hasn't been processed in post-production, correct?

0:55That could become ads. >> We've scaled our meta ads from zero dollars to like a million a month on an abysmal number of creatives. >> Okay. So, right now what you need is like probably like three to five editors who are AI native who can process all of that stuff. And I'll bet that once they relieve you of this backlog that you feel guilty for having, you will then feel the deprivation around needing to make more. And I think if you know that they will be able to post-produce that into ads and creative, you will probably far more incentivized to go make more because right now you can't make more cuz they're already backlogged, right?

1:30Okay. That's what I would attack. If you're making a million a month, you hiring five people who just drink a lot of Red Bull, stay up late, and know how to, you know, vibe code their command centers in terms of editing is going to cost you, you know, two points, three points in your bottom line. It's nothing. And if that can double the business, that feels like a good return. >> Thank you.
