0:00I sell pest control. I made $8 million so far. We have a marketing agency. We're paying about $100,000 a year. We want to pull that marketing in house, but we don't want to lose performance. [music] What would you do if you were in my shoes? >> Well, if the marketing agency is performing and [music] you did eight and they cost a hundred grand a year, you already have something that's working. Like what stops you from like telling them they're amazing and just spending even more money with them because obviously you're getting a good return.

0:26So, if it was up to me, I'd rather you just like start the in-house thing and keep the agency because you're obviously getting a return on them. Like for us, I've got tons of agencies and I also have a massive media company and I've got massive media buyers that work within our company and our portfolio companies, but [music] I just want more. And you know, thank your lucky stars that you're somebody who found an agency that actually is generating a return. Like I would for sure not stop them.
