Because if what you were setting out to do were immediately available to you, then it would mean it would be immediately available to everyone, which means it wouldn't be worthwhile. So, the very fact that it's difficult is why it is worth doing. And so, like, we can't resent the price tag of the shoes that we want to buy. We just have to make the decision of whether or not we want to pay it.
