Whether it's a phone script, whether it's content, look at the top 10%. These ones were perfect. And then I say, "Okay, what's different from these ones compared to the other ones?" And you have to chunk down to the most minute behaviors. It's the attention to detail that separates the good from the great. Every pilot takes off the same flight with a massive checklist. They don't skip the checklist. They need the whole checklist to be there. If you know every single thing that has to happen, and you do every single one of those things, then you reproduce winners.
