0:00A lot of people read a lot of books. I read a few books a lot of times. Until I can make a full presentation teaching the concepts of the book, then I don't move on from the book. Typically like for consuming information, I binge on a very particular topic for a skill that I'm trying to acquire. I keep going through the same best books that I can find. So typically I'll talk to experts first, ask for their top two books. And once I get like kind of a list of like hopefully there's a couple of crossovers and then I'll focus on those, reread those, and then I can make a presentation. Like doing that for myself, but also so I can teach the team. So that's kind of my process for learning information.
