I say that tongue-in-cheek, but usually people are already stars and it's really just taking a a star and just investing more in them. So, if you think this person is a stud at the thing that you gave them, like you want to invest in them because they work their ass off and you know that they like really put their everything and then those are great people to invest in. There's tons of people on this team that started with lower skills, but they just had loads of hunger and I wanted to just invest more and then they had another skill set that I got at a great discount. You won't turn someone who's not a star into a star, but if you have somebody who's a star in one component, you can make them a star in many.
