0:00I am a teen life coach. Essentially, we're mentors for middle school and high school kids. >> So great. >> Yeah. >> You're the first person I've heard even talk about it. >> Yeah, super fulfilling. As of right now, we have more demand on, especially on the boy's side, than we know what to do with. Our bottleneck is actually coaches at this point. So that's my first question is just how we can find coaches. >> Do they need any degrees or you're just looking for >> No. >> Great. When I'm trying to find kind of like an avatar for a specific role, I try and map behaviors rather than titles. And so it's like what are the micro behaviors that a life coach has to do? And then what roles exist that have the highest crossover with that already so that my skill gap that I need to train is as small as possible. And so like my the first thoughts that came to mind was like camp counselors probably have a bunch there.

0:47I thought also like rec, you know, coaches. I think there's probably some there. I'll bet you there's a bunch of teachers that are young and underpaid and would love to work from home and probably got into teaching for that more than they got it for sixth grade history. >> Where do you find those people? Just go out and >> I'll give you three off the top of my head. One is LinkedIn has all of their titles and you can search for that and then mass blast them and that's number one.

1:12Number two, you go to forums that teachers are in and you can either pay the person who owns the forum or you can join it. Usually you'll pay or you can do it for free because for them giving job opportunities a value add for their community. Just finding one or two forums might be literally all you need. Number three is you can obviously just run ads targeting teachers. All three of those will work. Like I I do not think you'll have an issue finding talent. You have great margins, you have demand, and you have a product that's like you have everything. We just need to do more.
