0:00bad months that follow. Okay. Let's see. Pregunta numero dos. Um >> [snorts] >> My name is Fernando. I sell packaging and labels to cannabis brands. Actually, here we go. Another another high-risk category. Um we're based in Austin. I keep a stock of premium jars in California since that's where my customers are. It's easy to pack from there. Okay. Problem is I live in California, but I moved to Austin focus fully on the business getting it running better. Now my girlfriend is pregnant and she wants to have the baby in California. That means that I need to be in California from November through February. Okay. So I'm stuck deciding. Do I open a second location in California where I'll be living the next part of the year anyways, or do I stay fully focused on Texas while I'm there and do my best running things remotely from California when I have to be there. I would not encourage you to start a California store uh when you have a new baby on the way and you're also going to be shifting to be being a remote manager of the brick and mortar that you have. That's two changes already. And so I would encourage you to make the remote model work. See how profitable it can be without you being there. If you can maintain that, then you no longer have to even open in California at all.

1:01Basically, if you prove out the remote model, then you can open anywhere and that way you can open in the absolute best market rather than the one that's most convenient for you. And so two changes, two new things is already way too many for me. Just make the the current thing work in the new setting. Probably be there for your kid and your girlfriend. Um let that stabilize and then I would consider opening a location and then you have to look at the whole US because played out the other way. Let's say you do that. You open the second location in California. Your your Texas one starts going down because you're not managing it well and now you're split between two and it's this big it's big nightmare. If it works out, then you don't have to even open the one in California. You could open another one in Texas. Uh and I think there's more more more advantages there. If you like this video and you're a business owner who wants to break through your current revenue ceiling, I distilled every lesson from scaling 10 businesses past 10 million and three businesses past 100 million into a completely free scaling road map that I've used to go from zero to one, zero to 10, and zero to 100 plus.
