How Would You Spend/Invest $1 Million 💵 A Month?

I had a million dollars in my bank account, and I still had a Prius with a dent in the side door and a crack in the windshield. And when I pulled up to an event, someone was like, "I thought you were supposed to be rich." And I said, "You should look at my bank account, not my car." I've taken home over a million dollars a month for the last more than a half decade, and I get asked the question, "If that's true, why are you so frugal?" It's because I've always had cash to reinvest when opportunities presented themselves.

Rather than spend money on things that had no return, I would save up my shekels, and I would spend money on mentorship, private coaching, seminars, and workshops to learn skills that I didn't have. I'm a big believer in living on 10% of your income. And before you get triggered, first, you make more money.

0:34Second thing is that you spend basically as little as humanly possible. The first place that I started renting when I was making $20,000 a month in income, I was splitting a single bedroom in a seven-bedroom house. So, I had seven roommates, and one of them lived in the exact bedroom with me. I believe in that because when you've lived on nothing, you know that it doesn't make you any happier to have more. You have to learn the discipline of delayed gratification. If you immediately spend your check every month, you'll never learn the discipline of saying no now so that I can have yes later.
