We'll show you how to cold call and we'll show you how to close." 12 months later, kids making $200,000 a year as a 19-year-old. And the thing is is it wasn't that sales didn't work or the course that he had didn't work. It's that you actually have to learn the skill. And the only way to do that is through volume. Before he joined my company, he was taking like one or two calls a day. Soon as he joined with us, he was doing 200 dials a day.
