0:00Hi Alex, I'm one man music academy owner, okay? What do you think of my industry and is it still worth pursuing since I live in the Middle East and my main Western clients are migrating due to war? Um I I'm going to guess that's in person and not not remote because if it was remote then it I don't think it would matter if they were migrating cuz they could just keep working with you remote. Um but it it sounds like the reason that you're giving to the change the industry is because of the geography which doesn't actually translate cuz you could say like I'm one man dry cleaner, one man lawn care service, is it still worth time since people are moving away from the Middle East? Um so I don't know if that's a reason to stop doing it. I think that there is, you know, there's always been strife there um and that has not really changed for, you know, like a thousand years.
0:51Um so I wouldn't make that the reason. It's more likely that you're attributing a difficulty in business to an external environment thing which you don't really have any control over. Um So that being said, I'd say your options are as follows. Number one, you could just do online which then you could serve anyone anywhere which I think is a great idea. Um or option two, we could just advertise more because you don't need that many clients to feed you. Like think about it like this, music will be consumed or music lessons will be consumed in the Middle East and if it is harder then it will make the people who are bad at it go out of business faster than the people who are good at it. And so you would just absorb market share by being better.
1:31And so either of those options work, both of them are under your control. If you like this video and you're a business owner who wants to break through your current revenue ceiling, I distilled every lesson from scaling 10 businesses past 10 million and three businesses past 100 million into a completely free scaling roadmap that I've used to go from zero to one, zero to 10, and zero to 100 plus. And so you can click here and you can check it out. Again, absolutely free and since you're a business owner, I appreciate you and enjoy.
