I just never had a handle on any of it. I'm going to bet that the reason that you didn't succeed isn't because of that, but because you were just doing a bunch of things and never went all in. Thing number one. Thing number two, the metrics that you need to run a business when you're starting, especially if you don't have a lot of moving parts, are not that complicated. It's just you have a price of delivering something. You need to charge more than that for delivering it, whether it's a service or it's a product. And then there's going to be a cost of getting that person to find out about it. And in the beginning, it's going to be elgaries. It's going to be your time. And this is why I like services to start because it's your time to deliver and your time to get them.
