0:00When I was 20, I wanted to be a millionaire. Now that I'm a millionaire, I want to be 20. So, I saw this and it like really hit me. It kind of like stopped me in my tracks when I thought about it because I was like, man, now when I tweeted this, I think I was 31 or 32. And I was like, I would give everything that I have to be 20 again for sure. No question. And so then thinking forward again, I was like, well, that means that when I'm 40 or 45, I would give everything I have then to be 32. And it was an attempt for me to try and feel more gratitude in the moment. I have a operationalizing of gratitude. So gratitude, imagine losing something and then getting it back again. That is gratitude as an operation. So you want to feel bad and then realize that you have it after imagining that you lost it and what you've gained in your life for getting it back. That feeling of relief. That is my attempt at being more grateful for the moment.
