0:00There's an interesting question here from Fidi Lechamus. He says, "In one of your latest videos, you mentioned it's important to figure out what business we are really in. What business is school communities in?" So, I'll clarify one thing and then I'll give an answer. So, every business needs every component. So, think about a business like a car. You need wheels. You need a chassis. You need a like you need a steering wheel. You need, you know, like you need hubs, right? Or axles, right? You need you need those things in order for a call to run. need an engine.

0:30The question is which of these things will have the greatest impact on the business overall. And so within the context of communities, traffic will be the one that if I had to pick of the four levers, you've got traffic, you've got conversion, you got price, and you got retention. Now traffic is influenced by the other three. But traffic fundamentally is the number one thing. If Mr. Beast tomorrow starts a community on school, he will have the biggest school, right? He has the most traffic.

0:56Now, long-term and the big the big big point here is that if you keep people longer, you will be able to spend more on traffic, which allows you to have more traffic. And so, with the with the the broadest brush stroke, more eyeballs going into your community will make you more money. Period. By that will happen. The things that allow you to get those eyeballs is going to be the price and the churn. And so for many of you having a very clear value proposition like for most of you I mean we went through a bunch of them. I think the clearest one was the porn one. Um and I think that um Haroon I would say him and the porn one were very clear in terms of the deliverable. You get a job in 90 days, you quit porn in 90 days. I get it. That's the promise. The other ones that we went over not as clear.

1:45And so I would be very clear about my promise and that will allow higher conversion on the page, higher stick rate on on the membership because they know what they're going for. Hopefully that answered that question. Okay, I know we're at the top of the hour. Hopefully you guys uh hopefully that was helpful for everybody in terms of thinking through the pages and making it convert better. Um highly tactical.

2:08Appreciate you guys. And uh yeah, if you like this, then let us …
