0:00You can take any normal person and meet them in the street and if all of a sudden you knew that they were the number one gymnast in the world, you would look at them differently because that would be unexpected. And so like being exceptional at whatever task you do that you're good at makes you interesting. Like literally just being good at [ __ ] makes you interesting. It's like any any person who's like, "Oh, that that's actually the number one Madden player in the world." It's like, "Okay, like you it reframes how you see see the person." And so to Sam's point, like by far number one thing, get really good and continue to get better and better. But like if we think about like Evelyn as like a mini case study, it's like what's unique about Evelyn? It's like, well, she started running ads for any hover business with zillions of SKs, really complex stuff, and she did an exceptional job with it. She also has a really unique story with her father about them starting a business. She also um has her own business that's done exceptionally well. She's also a mother and works like limited hours and that's another kind of angle. like this level of success but not working as many hours. Like that's kind of interesting.
0:56Um and then on top of that, I think the big big big thing is that she's also just really sweet. And so most people who have these this her track record is it, you know, is interesting in of itself. But then when you pair that with like really sweet and humble and like very like student oriented, like does if she's doing way better than somebody else, she'll still be like tell me what you're doing. Like she has complete interest in whatever you're doing. And I think that's why so many people like her. And so like those, it's not like she's not one of those things. It's all of those things. But if she just said like, "Oh, I'm going to be an Instagram influencer or an ads influencer," then you she'd be like, "Okay, the offtheshelf thing would be let me show my car. Let me show my my house. Let me show my really nice kit." But that's not that's not how she operates. And I think that's what make it makes it interesting, just being her.
1:44Real quick, I'm going to show you the exact 10 stage road map from zero to 100 million plus that less than 1% of companies finish. I've now done multiple times. And so I can say with a lot of confidence that these are the stages as headcount increases that you need to get through. And I broke each of these down by eight different functions of the business. What the constraint feels like, like what are the symptoms of it when you're going through it? And then what steps we actually took to graduate. And we've done this across software, physical products, uh, service businesses, brick and mortar, all of this. And it works. And it's my gift to you. It's absolutely free. And so the link's in the description, but you just go acquisition.comroadmap.
