Make sure that you don't watch Netflix while you're on the clock." You have to start making these really stupid rules you're like, "I can't even believe I have to say this." And that's because you shouldn't have to because you hired dumb people. Rather than start making this big book of rules, check yourself and think, "Why do I have such dumb people on my team and what's my problem for bringing these people in?"
