0:00I'm a plastic and reconstructive surgeon. I teach other doctors how to cut out skin cancer. I started selling an online course about 2 weeks ago. So, we're at 250k in revenue. So, >> Amazing. >> Yeah. >> What's your main practice there? >> 4 mil. >> 4 5 mil. >> Okay, got it. Why are we doing this? >> Business is more fun than surgery. >> I have so many thoughts. Okay, you got it. >> I want to get to about 10 million as fast as I can. >> In this side?
0:26>> The new side. >> Okay. You want to get to 10 million. You want to sell how to do this to other surgeons. I won't even get into the $4 million practice. We'll just leave it as over there. So, we have to do more. You probably have to charge more. What's the price point? >> 5k. >> 5k one time and it's just videos that tells you how to cut out the cancer. >> Correct. >> I would want to do something like 25k and then maybe like 5k a year and includes a meet up of like the new things that you're finding. First year is included in the 25 and then it renews annually. You might not have to say that you're going to be teaching them how to do it in scrubs when they're there, but I think even you just doing like I'll show you a little bit more about the model, like how I advertise it, how I sell it, some of the other components of it, not just like the pure surgery because the closer you can get it to like how much of the 4 million came from this stuff?
1:06>> 70%. >> Oh, great. Okay, so it's like cool. I did $3 million last year doing this specific thing. I think if you teach more of the business part of it, that'll be significantly more valuable. Obviously, you'll teach the skill, but once they have the skill, there's no additional value. The consumable value will be the things, the updates in the model, the tweaks that you learn at your existing practice. So, that's like your test kitchen. And so, there's a lot of incremental value there. Plus, that's like direct ROI. So, I think people need a reason and an excuse to buy stuff. So, the the reason that they want to buy it is because they want to hang out with their buddies who are in surgeons and they can and moan about patients, right? The excuse is that if I just learn one thing, it pays for itself.
