0:00How do you get someone to treat you differently? >> You treat them differently in response. We're always training each other on how we want and expect to be treated. And so, if someone disrespects you and then you allow that to happen, then you reinforce or you allow them to do whatever they did and so they will do more of that. If you correct someone in the moment, the likely they do that goes down precipitously. [music] And so, fundamentally, like we are either encouraging or discouraging people to treat us the way we want to be treated.
