0:00Yeah, whatever. Go for it. >> [laughter] >> Um so I have that back-end front-end problem we talked about yesterday. So, the main thing that I'm my question is how do I transition my company's resources and focus to the back-end offer that I think is going to be really profitable and even more LTV to CAC and growth without screwing up the current customers that when I I even broached the subject that hey, I might be doing this, they all freaked out. Like please don't do this. I need you.
0:30So, how how would you >> You're like, "I need to be rich." >> [laughter] >> So, how would you how would you go about that? Because a lot of them have given me the the market material I need to be able to build the current company that I could double or triple down and probably grow that, but I think this other one has a bigger opportunity, >> Mhm. >> bigger market, more people can get access to it. Could be a bigger company. >> Um I'll give you a short answer cuz we're probably going to going to talk because I think you you're sitting on a really big goldmine. Um but fundamentally just this kind of goes for everyone. I don't often recommend switching opportunity vehicles, but yours is relatively or particularly juicy.
1:06Um you have to always keep your word, otherwise it will destroy your reputation. And so, you have to do right by the people that sold you or that you sold. Um and so, that may mean that you may have to delay when you want to do this new thing. So, it may mean I'm not taking on new customers. I'm going to spend 6 months making sure that this thing can run on its own. And if you want to and start the other thing and it booms, then you say, "Hey guys, I'm going to give you another 6 months to find somebody else. Here's three people I recommend who I think are good. I've already set up calls."
1:35Just do right by them. >> Yeah. Then you'll be then you'll protect your your your reputation. >> Cool. >> Thank you. >> it'll just probably take longer than you want it to take. Like fundamentally like that's the actual answer to your question is do you know how to do it? It just will take longer than you want. >> Yeah. Thank you. >> Yeah. If you like this video and you're a business owner who wants to break through your current revenue ceiling, I distilled every lesson from scaling 10 businesses past 10 million and three businesses past 100 million into completely free scaling roadmap that I've used to go from zero to one, zero to 10, and zero to 100 plus.
