0:00What separates a scam from a legitimate education business? On one side you have Harvard. Most people don't call Harvard a scam. And on this side, you've got a guy who tells you how to start an ATM business and promises that you're going to make $100,000 a day in 5 seconds. You need to pay attention to what I'm about to say. If you do not track your customer success metrics, meaning when someone buys, what percent of them succeed at 30, 60, 90, 12 months? What are the averages for whatever the thing that you educate them on? If you track the data, then you don't add any sensationalism to what you are reporting. And so if you want to go from scam to 100% legit, look at what Harvard does and model that thought process because if you do it that way, you can enter what I believe is one of the best industries out there if done the right way.
