The Rule of 100, seen from the German market

The Rule of 100 is Hormozi's volume principle: pick one lead or content lever and run it at high repetition over a longer stretch. In the German-speaking web it circulates as Regel 300 (Rule of 300). That is a local coinage, not the original term. On this site we call the concept the Rule of 100.

What the Rule of 100 actually means

Growth often comes not from the perfect strategy but from enough repetitions. For Alex Hormozi, the Rule of 100 means: pick a channel or format and run it in high volume long enough that real data shows up. What gets seen, what gets a reply, what converts, and what is just busywork? Volume is not blind posting, it is controlled quantity with a feedback loop: do one action often enough, measure, and improve. The point is that you do not start philosophizing about strategy after three attempts.

Why Regel 300 sends you the wrong way

Regel 300 sounds like a daily quota of 100 minutes of content, 100 comments, and 100 outreach messages. As a personal routine that is fine, but it is not Hormozi's original term, and the fixed triple misleads. If you are searching for Regel 100, you mean the Rule of 100, not the Regel 300 that circulates. Use the Rule of 100 as your anchor and keep the categories apart: content volume, comment volume, outreach volume, and ad budget are four different things. More output does not automatically mean more leads, and spam is not discipline.

Volume without spam

Volume does not mean flooding every channel. Content can stay simple: clear summaries and plain explanation get rewarded, often more than polished production. Pick a lever, run it long enough, and let the numbers decide, not your gut after week one. That is how you tie content marketing strategy and B2B lead generation into a system that learns from quantity instead of just being loud.

For outbound, the principle is volume with a feedback loop. Which channels, consent, and contact methods are allowed in your case is a separate question to check.
