That's the real thing. Because [music] business at the highest level can really be boiled down to find world-class people and get out of their way. You've heard Branson talk about it, you've heard Steve Jobs talk about it, and it's true. The problem is they don't want to work for you. Real. Because Steve Jobs is like, "We're going to add another hundred billion to Apple." And you're like, "Wow, that sounds amazing." And when you meet world-class talent like that, those guys are making twenty million dollar bonuses per year, right?
