Promise late, deliver early, learn fast, trust slow, bet big, test small, give first, ask last, ignore opinions, treasure facts, [music] always promote, never slander, disregard doubters, believe in you, persist always, and stop never. >> I'm going to show you in 60 seconds how to sell one thing for the price of two. >> [music] >> So, it's a strategy that I call free with free pay or buy X get Y free. And the key to making it work is that you want to give more free than you actually charge for. But, here's the thing. You get to control what you're charging for and how much you charge. If I wanted to sell three t-shirts, I can either say, "Hey, I want you to buy three t-shirts for $5 each." But, you know what would be a lot stronger is if I said, "Hey, buy one t-shirt for $15 and get two t-shirts free." It's a much more compelling offer even though the economics are the same. And that is one of the things you can hijack especially when people are in buying frenzies during [music] the holidays.

0:53>> You guys know how to do the one to 10 close? On a scale from one to 10, 10 being we're moving forward, one being you hate me and you never want to talk to me again, where we at right now with this program? So, let's say they say six. And you're like, "All right, why not a one?" And then they tell you all the reasons that this is good. And you're like, "Got it." So, then what would it take to get to a 10? A lot of times they don't have anything. They're like, "Uh it's like, all right, well, it sounds like it's not about the program. So, what are you afraid of having happen?" And so, then that gets you to side step so you can go straight to the issue. And obviously, if they do give you a something that gets you to 10, most times it's like, "Oh, I just didn't tell you that. We have that. My bad.

1:22That's on me." So, we feeling 10-ish now? Great, let's go.
